Template: Third-Party Verification Report
Verification Reports are a type of supplementary evidence that can be used by an assessor to inform their overall judgment on whether a student has achieved the acquisition of knowledge and skills required for competency.
Typically, verification reports (also known as third-party reports or referee reports) are used to collect evidence of a student’s performance in times when an assessor is unable to view the evidence first-hand. They are also a great way to confirm ‘everyday performance’ – that is, that the student can consistently achieve workplace standards; not just when the assessor is looking!
With this template, you can develp verification reports for collection of supplementary evidence to go toward a student's claim for competency.
