Template: Continuous Improvement Register

As part of self-assurance and requirements in the Outcome Standards, an embedded expectation is that RTOs must demonstrate they continually monitor and test their compliance performance and take opportunities to continuously improve.
 
This Continuous Improvement Register template give a framework to capture and record the necessary essential information to evidence meeting requirements. Use it as is, or transform to be the basis of a digital enterprise solution.
 
Whichever way your RTO decides to implement its continuous improvement system, it needs to be robust and capable of providing evidence that the RTO is seriously approaching its responsibility to self-assure operations and meet the requirements in the Outcome Standards.
 
This product is supplied as an editable spreadsheet template together with brief guidebook on continuous improvement. Generic examples have been provided for how to complete the tool.
