Cancellation Policy

We will dedicate time to attend your booking and this may include researching your queries; formulating responses. If we are working on your request, we cannot be working in other areas of our business. If you cancel your booking between 72 and 12hours before your appointment, 50% of the booking fees are kept for administration and any time already invested. If you cancel between 12 and 1 hour before your appointment or you don't show up at the allotted, booked time, 100% of the booking fees are kept. There are no refunds applicable to this service.
